2RAMull:
предметы в инвентаре прозрачны и есть только подписи для них. Картинок внизу тоже нет.

В Готик 2 есть такие ключи в файле gothic.ini:
ZNEARVALUE=-1
; ... with this setting you may fine-tune the distant-value of the near clipping plane. some cards may accept more aggresive near z values then the default calculated by gothic. (w buffering uses alway a value of 1, so you don't need to fine-tune this setting) (default: -1, let the value determin by renderer)
zInventoryItemsDistanceScale=1.0
; ... some rare grafic cards have a high near clipping value resulting in inventory items not being visible (esp. if you have the cursor focus on it) with entering a value above "0" you can scale the item distances from the camera in order to make the items smaller, but visible (e.g. with a value of 2.0 the items will be twice as far away from the camera) range: 0..1000. (default: 0)
Попробуй вставить их в ини-файл 1й Готики и протестируй с отличными от стандартных значений. А именно для:
ZNEARVALUE <=> 1
zInventoryItemsDistanceScale > 1.0+
Проблема именно с драйверами видео, в настройках z-buffer. Можешь взять ATITrayTools и поиграться с этими параметрами.
ALL: Проблема будет решена, уже скоро
NicoDE is working on a hack to fix the invisible icons bug, he will post on WoG when it's complete. It takes a lot of his personal time and he has had some setbacks.Добавление от 05/24/07, в 13:16:33

Cпойлер(щелкните, чтобы прочесть):
If and when NicoDE's patch becomes available, a suggested setup to run Gothic with graphics visuals as good as you can get, would be as follows:
1. Installing Freddy's texture pack [Textures_Patch_Freddy-0.8.exe]
corrects some well known graphic glitches.
2. Installing Freddy's world patch [worlds_patch_freddy-1.01.exe]
replaces/enhances textures in the gothic world, looks warmer and richer.
3. Install/run NicoDE's anticipated invisible inventory icons hack.
to correct this well known problem...(hopefully awaiting confirmation)
